Earina deplanchei is an endemic terrestrial orchid of New Caledonia, widespread in Grande Terre, from Kaala in the north to Plaine des lacs in the south of Grande Terre. It occurs in shrubland or, more rarely, in humid forest at an altitudinal range 400-1,250 m asl. Earina deplanchei is considered Least Concern (LC).
