Thiollierea campanulata is considered Least Concern (LC).

Habitat
Thiollierea campanulata occurs in shrubland, wetland and swamp on ultramafic substrate at an altitudinal range of 150-1,140 m asl.
Threats
This species does not seem globally threatened. Some subpopulations may be threatened by mining activities: Goro (VALE), Kopeto (SLN).
Conservation
Thiollierea campanulata occurs in eight protected areas : Vallée de la Thy, Rivière bleue, Mont Humboldt, Haute Yaté, Foret Nord, Pic du Pin, Montagne des sources, Chutes de la Madeleine.
