Stipe: cylindrical; 20 - 30 × 3–4 mm; glabrous; white.
Gills: free; moderately dense; white becoming pink.

Notes: this collection is characterized by its white cap and stipe and pink free gills. Sequencing confirms that it is P. semibulbosus described from France over a century ago.

Growing on dead wood in a dry sclerophyll forest.
