Pachyplectron arifolium is an endemic terrestrial orchid of New Caledonia, widespread in Grande Terre, from Welic in the north to Forêt Nord in the south of Grande Terre. It occurs in humid forest at an altitudinal range 200-750 m asl. Pachyplectron arifolium is considered Least Concern (LC).
