Some species may be impacted by mining activities (Plateau, Goro and Camp des Sapins) and uncontrolled bushfires. However this species is present in several protected areas and does not seem to be threatened. With an Extent of Occurrence (EOO) and Area of Occupancy (AOO) respectively equal to 6,546 and 164 km², Beauprea pancheri is not thought to approach the requirements for listing as threatened. It is listed as Least Concern (LC).
