Pancheria billardierei is an endemic shrub/small tree of New Caledonia. It is found in shrubland and various bushy vegetation at low and mid altitude. This species is largely distributed and does not seem directly threatened. Pancheria billardierei is considered Least Concern (LC).

Pancheria billardierei is widely spread across Grande Terre.

Population


It is a common species.

Habitat


It is found mainly at low and mid altitude (40-800 m asl) in shrubland and bushy vegetation on various substrates.

Threats


This species is largely distributed and does not seem directly threatened.

Conservation


Unprotected by legislation, this species is found in numerous protected areas : Montagne des sources, Mont Panié, Massif du Kouakoué, Barrage de Yaté, Vallée de la Thy.
