Phreatia sublata is an endemic epiphyte orchid of New Caledonia, widespread in Grande Terre, from Diahoue in the north to Forêt Nord in the south of Grande Terre. It occurs in humid forest at an altitudinal range 0-1,150 m asl. Phreatia sublata is considered Least Concern (LC).
