Data Deficient (DD) , assessed in 21/04/2017Cyclophyllum memaoyaense is an endemic shrub of New Caledonia, which under current taxonomic delimitation, is restricted to Massif du Me maoya area in Grande Terre. It would occurs in dense humid forest on ultramafic substrate at an altitudinal range of 800-900 m asl. This taxon is insufficiently collected and not well known. Cyclophyllum memaoyaense is therefore assessed as Data Deficient (DD) for provenance reasons.

The only known population might be threatened by bushfires.
Conservation
Prospection are urgently needed to better evaluate the conservation status for this species.
