Weinmannia serrata is an endemic tree of New Caledonia. It is found in forest on volcano-sedimentary substrate at mid altitude. This species does not seem directly threatened. Weinmannia serrata is considered Least Concern (LC).

This species is spread across Grande Terre from Saint-Louis to Pouébo.

Habitat
It is found in dense humid forest on volcano-sedimentary substrate at mid altitude (50-800 m asl).
Threats
This species does not seem globally threatened.
Conservation
Unprotected by legislation, this species is found in several protected areas : Vallée de la Thy, Aoupinié, Mont Panié
