Description
Pileus: hemispherical becoming convex umbilicate; 8 - 25 mm diameter; glabrous; glutinous; lemon yellow to egg yellow or chrome yellow; margin striate.
Stipe: cylindrical; 20 - 40 × 2–3 mm; glabrous; glutinous; concolourous with pileus.
Gills: adnate to decurrent; moderately distant;yellow.
Flesh:yellow.
Spore print: white.
Spores: ellipsoid; 7 – 9.5 × 4 – 6 µm; smooth.
Notes: this species is recognized by its yellow colours and glutinous cap.
