Pileus: convex to centrally depressed with a small umbo; 50 - 60 mm diameter; matt, rugulose; chocolate brown; margin inrolled.

Stipe: tapering towards base; 30 × 10 - 15 mm; glabrous, matt; orange brown.

Gills: decurrent to subdecurrent; white; lamellulae absent.

Milk: white, copious

Spore print: white.
