Pileus: convex with a flattened umbo; 20 –40 mm diameter; squamose floccose; white with a brown apex; margin acute.

Stipe: cylindrical; 30 –90 × 3 –5 mm; glabrous at apex, pruinose to floccose at base;white becoming pale fawn to brown towards base at maturity; with ring 2/3rds up stipe.

Gills: free; crowded; white.

Flesh: thin; white.

Spore print: white.

Spores: not recorded.

Notes: this white fungus is recorded here as a Leucocoprinus but there is insufficient information to firmly confirm that. Probably undescribed.
