Description
Cap: convex to applanate; 5–12mm diameter; glabrous; radially rugolose; sulcate; white; margin sulcate.
Stipe: cylindrical, tough; 8 – 15 × 0.2–0.5 mm; pubescent; blackish brown on lower 80% and white at apex; hairs white hyaline; insititious.
Gills: adnate; widely spaced; 8 – 12 reach stipe; lamellulae in two series; white.
Flesh: white
Spore print: white.
Spores: not examined.
Notes: this Marasmius is characterized by its small stature and its substrate on leaves.The cap is larger than M sp 7 and the stipe is different. Needs further collections and to be checked in Desjardin & Horak.
