Cap: convex to applanate; 20–50mm diameter; glabrous; white; margin sulcate.

Stipe: cylindrical, caespitose; 40 – 85 × 0.2–0.5 mm; glabrous; yellowish brown at base becoming paler upwards with upper third white; insititious.

Gills: adnate; widely spaced; 8 - 10 reach stipe; lamellulae in several irregular series; white.

Notes: this Marasmius is characterized by its caespitose and quite large fruiting bodies with white caps growing on leaves. Needs further collections and to be checked in Desjardin & Horak.
