Cap: convex with a slight umbo; 5 – 8 mm diameter; dry; radially rugulose, white with some brown colouration at apex; margin sulcate.

Stipe: cylindrical; 6 - 10 × 0.5 - 1 mm; glabrous; translucent pale grey, white at apex, with a small white basal pad.

Gills: adnexed; moderately crowded; white.
