Description
Cap: convex with a central depression; 8– 15mm diameter; radially striate; cream overlain with greyish pink, centre with a green tone; margin entire.
Stipe: cylindrical; 10 - 20 × 1 - 2 mm; glabrous; hyaline with a blue tinge.
Gills: free; close; white; lamellulae in three series.
Flesh: thin, white.
Spore print: white.

Notes: this Mycena is characterized by its pink cap and hyaline bluish stipe. In form it is very like M. globuliformis (NZ) but the colours are quite different.Microscopic and other details are needed to make a firm determination.
