Description
Cap: campanulate; 10– 20mm diameter; glabrous; buff at apex with buff radial stripes following the lamellae, white with a buff tinge elsewhere; margin sulcate.
Stipe: cylindrical; 10 - 25 × 1 - 2 mm; glabrous; buff; insititious.
Gills: adnexed; white with a buff edge; lamellulae in two series.
Flesh: thin, white.
Spore print: white.

Notes: this Mycena is characterized by its buff cap and stipe and the buff edge to the gills.Microscopic and other details are needed to make a firm determination.
