Cap: convex becoming planoconvex;10-20 mm diameter; radially sulcate striate, with velar remnants; surface grey, velar remains white; margin plicate.

Stipe:cylindrical, hollow; 50 - 100 × 2–4.5 mm; floccose;grey with white floccules.

Gills: adnexed; white at first, brownish then black at maturity.

Notes: this Parasola is characterized by its radially sulcate grey cap with scattered white veil remnants and grey floccose stipe. It may be in Coprinus, further work needed.
