Cap: laterally attached, fan shaped, applanate;25-80 mm diameter; glabrous to minutely velutinate; pale pink; margin smooth.

Stipe: lateral, cylindrical; 5 - 15 × 3–9 mm; pinkish cream with a mycelial tuft at point of attachment.

Gills: decurrent; white with a pale pink tone.
