Cap: convex; 25-45 mm diameter; glabrous; pale brown centre with pale pink and striate outer 2/3rds; margin entire.

Stipe:cylindrical; 20 - 40 × 3–4 mm; glabrous; white.

Gills:free ;moderately crowded; white becoming pale pink.

Notes: this collection is characterized by its pink striate cap, pink free gills and white stipe. The substrate is also unusual on a Pandanus trunk.
