Description

Cap: applanate then centrally depressed; 25 - 30 mm diameter; glabrous to subvelutinate; pale purple; margin splitting radially.

Stipe: cylindrical; 25 - 30 × 3 - 4 mm; glabrous; white.

Gills: adnexed; crowded; white.

Taste: mild.

Spore print: white.

Spores:

Substrate: soil with moss.

Habitat: rainforest with Melaleuca, Agathis and many other species.

Notes: this collectionis characterized by its purple cap, its mild tasting flesh and white stipe. It is possibly the same as Marc's R. sp 5! Very different habitat.
