Cap: convex becoming centrally depressed; up to 30 - 50 mm diameter; minutely velutinous, matt; yellowish brown with an olivaceous tone; margin entire.

Stipe: cylindrical to slightly clavate; 30 - 40 × 5 - 8 mm; glabrous; cream.

Gills: adnexed to subdecurrent; moderately crowded; cream; with lamellulae in two series.
