Cap: convex becoming centrally depressed; 25 - 50 mm diameter; finely lannose (wooly); white with a pinkish tinge; margin entire.

Stipe: cylindrical; 30 - 50 × 5 - 8 mm; pubescent with white hairs on a whitish base.

Gills: adnexed; white; lamellulae absent.
