Pileus: reniform, semicircular; 10 – 15 mm diameter; glabrous; white.

Stipe: absent.

Gills: radially arranged with cross gills forming irregular, angular pores.

Flesh: somewhat gelatinous.

Spore print: white,

Spores: sub globose to fusoid; 10 × 8 µm.

Notes: the sparse description makes it difficult to know whether this is a distinct species. Wakefield described it in the genus Favolus, Lloyd transferred it to Campanella in 1924
