Description
Pileus: plano-convex or applanate, with a small umbo; 10 - 20 mm diameter; glabrous but minutely fibrillose under a lense; white or pale cream with a faint rose tone.
Stipe: cylindrical to slightly clavate; 20 - 40 × 2 - 4 mm; glabrous but minutely fibrillose under a lense; white or pale cream with a faint rose tone.
Gills: adnexed; widely spaced; greyish pink.
Flesh: thin, whitish.
Spore print: pink.
Spores: cuboid; 9 - 11 × 8.5 - 11 µm.
Notes: this small white Entoloma with cuboid spores and widely spaced pinkish grey gills is not easy to identify.
