Description

Pileus: convex with a small papilate center; 15 - 20 mm diameter; finely fibrillose; white with a pale pink tone darkening to brown in the center.

Stipe: cylindrical; 15 - 18 × 2 - 2.5 mm; finely fibrillose; white.

Gills: deeply adnexed, almost free; with a serrate edge; white, becoming pink as the spores mature.

Flesh: thin, white.

Spore print: pink.                       

Spores: irregularly pentagonal; 10 - 13.5 × 8 - 10 µm.

Notes: this small white Entoloma is difficult to identify, the spores with 5 to 6 angles are larger than those of E propium.
