Description

Pileus: convex becoming campanulate; 15 – 30 mm diameter; smooth to minutely fibrillose; dry; yellow brown, honey brown or pale orange brown; margin striate.

Stipe: cylindrical to slightly clavate, hollow; 20 – 50 × 2 – 3 mm; pruinose at apex, fibrillose below; whitish to pale grey.

Gills: adnexed; whitish to cream, turning pink, edge serrate.

Flesh:yellow brown.

Spore print: pink.                       

Spores: subglobose, isodiametric; 8 – 9.5 × 7.5 – 9 µm.

Notes: this pale brown Entoloma is not easy to recognize, it appears to be only known from the type collection.
