Description
Pileus: convex with a central depression; 10 - 15 mm diameter; glabrous; white with an ochraceous centre or pale ochraceous; sulcate striate.
Stipe: cylindrical, eccentric; 10 - 20 × 2 - 2.5 mm; glabrous; white to pale ochraceous.
Gills: adnexed; widely spaced; white, becoming pink as the spores mature.
Flesh: thin, white.
Spore print: pink.
Spores: irregular, 8 - sided; 12 - 15 × 8 - 9.5 µm.
Notes: this small ochraceous white Entoloma with a sulcate striate cap is difficult to identify, the large spores with 8 to 9 sides may be distinctive.
