Stipe: cylindrical; 35 – 60 × 1 - 1.5 mm; white to light yellow.

Gills: adnexed; crowded; and distant; up to 24 complete gills and lamellulae in 2 - 3 series; cream.

Flesh:

Spore print: white.

Spores: ellipsoid; 8 - 12 × 3.5 - 4 m; thin walled, inamyloid.

Notes: this Marasmius is characterized by its cream cap with a yellow central disc and a cream to yellow stipe.
