Cap: planoconvex or applanate; 20-45 mm diameter; glabrous, radially wrinkled; dark brown with white spots; margin inrolled.

Stipe: cylindrical, clavate; 10 - 40 × 1.5–3 mm; pubescent; white with small dark spots which are denser towards the base.

Gills: free; moderately spaced; white becoming vivid pink.

Spore print: pink.

Spores: subglobose; 5 – 6.5 × 4.5 – 6 µm; hyaline.

Notes: this collection is characterized by its brown applanate cap which is flecked with white spots, pink free gills and a whitish stipe.
