Cap:  convex becoming applanate then centrally depressed; 35 - 50 mm diameter; yellow brown.

Stipe: cylindrical, stuffed, hollow; 50 - 70 × 8 mm; glabrous; white, developing pale brownish stains.

Gills: adnexed; crowded; white.

Taste: mild.

Notes: this collection is characterized by its yellow brown cap and white stipe that bruises brown on handling. It is probably in the subgenus Foetinae.
