Pileus: reniform, dorsally attached; 5 – 15 mm diameter; glabrous; off whitebecoming buff tinted with age.

Stipe:absent.

Gills: radially arranged; irregular, branching, 5 – 8 main gills; white.

Flesh:thin, translucent.

Spore print:white,

Spores: subglobose; 3 – 4 µm diameter

Notes: This smalldorsally attached fungus has irregular branched gills typical of Campanella.
