Description
Fruiting body: simple, clavate; 30– 90 mm tall; powdery, fibrillose, matt;apex rounded and shiny, dark rose pink;opaque.
Stipe:cylindrical, but not clearly differentiated.
Flesh: firm but fragile.
Spore print: white.

Notes: this fungus is characterized by its tall upright, clavate, rose pink fruiting bodies with a glabrous apical cap, growing singly in deep litter. Specimens found under Allocasuarina. Morphologically similar to C. rosea.
