Pileus: convex at first, becoming planoconvex; 20 – 35 mm diameter;

glabrous; white to cream; margin plicate.

Stipe: cylindrical, compressed with a vertical furrow; 40 – 50 × 5 – 8 mm; glabrous white fibrillose pubescent below.

Gills: adnexed; distant; pale pinkish cream; with a single series of lamellulae.

Flesh: thin, white to cream.

Spore print: white.
