Notes: This fungus is recognised by the fawn coloured spathulate fruiting bodies with a cream to white hymenium and its compound fruiting bodies. The identification is very tentative, this collection does not have the horizontal banding described by Corner. The identification is solely based on Corner’s keys to Canthareloid fungi. The genus Dicantharellus does not appear to be widely recognized.More collections are needed and microscopic characters need checking.
