Pileus: applanate becoming centrally depressed; 45 – 60 mm diameter; glabrous, dry; ochraceous, yellow brown; margin uplifted.

Stipe: cylindrical; glabrous, white surface.

Pores: subdecurrent; angular to irregular; cream becoming ochraceous as the spores mature.
