Pancheria × lanceolata is an endemic shrub of Grande Terre in New Caledonia. It is found in shrubland and close to riverbanks at low altitude on ultramafic substrate. This taxa seems to be hybrid and it is unsure it is a real species. Therefore, this taxa is considered Data Deficient (DD) for taxonomic reasons. Being an hybrid this taxa is not submitted to the red lsit and classified as NE (Not Evaluated).

Geographical area


This taxa is known of three localities on Grande Terre (Tiébaghi, col de Ho, Cap Bocage).

Population


This taxa is known of 3 subpopulations.

Habitat


It is found in shrubland and close to riverbanks at low altitude on ultramafic substrate.

Threats are unknown.

Conservation


This taxa is unknown of any protected areas.
