Description

Pileus: broadly convex with flat apex; 40 -50 mm diameter; glabrous, grey buff; with white and extensive velar remnants flat; margin appendiculate.

Stipe: cylindrical; 40 – 50  ×10 - 12 mm; white and glabrous above the ring, whitish buff and striate below; ring pendulous 60% up, white above and cream below.

Gills: adnexed; moderately crowded, white; lamellulae in one series.

Spore print: white.

Spores:

Notes: a medium sized grey buff Amanita, with abundant velar remains and a pendulous ring that is cream on its lower surface.
